Aqua Boxing

Aqua Boxing

It is a mixture of different martial arts, such as boxing and body combat, and exercises in water. With the aquatic version of boxing you work on endurance, strength, coordination of arms, legs and trunk, and the mobility of the whole body in general. You will also strengthen your abdomen and improve your cardiovascular system.

Aqua Yoga

Dance exercises are performed to the rhythm of the music in the water. In this activity you will make movements with your large muscles, stretching your arms, lifting your legs in the water and rotating your hips and shoulders.
It is a low impact exercise for the joints and unlike when the activity is done on land, the movements are more exaggerated and slower in the water as there is more resistance. Thus, the body works harder when performing each step than it does on land.

Spinning

Spinning

This is a collective physical activity performed on an exercise bike to the rhythm of music, in which a high-intensity cardiovascular workout is carried out with very high involvement of the large muscle groups of the lower body.

It is a physical activity, in most cases collective, which is performed on an exercise bike to the rhythm of music. This sport has an important cardiovascular workout, which mainly involves the muscle groups of the lower body.

Pilates

Pilates

Is a discipline based on the development of the internal muscles that helps to maintain the body’s balance and strengthens the spine. For this reason, Pilates is a method that is often used for rehabilitation, curing back pain or correcting body posture.

Pilates stretches and strengthens you, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured.

You gain strength through developing long, lean and flexible muscles.

Conventional training tends to build short, bulky muscles, the type most prone to injury. Pilates makes you longer and stronger, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to get injured.
Develops a strong core: flat abs and a strong, healthy back based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, Pilates exercises develop a strong “Powerhouse”.

Body Pump

Body Pump (Les Mills)

Body pump is a physical training programme that combines aerobic activities with muscular work through weightlifting exercises. The training system is usually carried out in guided group classes, which last approximately one hour, in which between eight and ten dynamic songs are played to accompany the exercises and during which a different muscle group is worked in each song. There are also shorter classes, lasting between 30 and 45 minutes, in which fewer songs are played and therefore fewer muscles are worked.

GAP

GAP

The GAP is an exercise that consists of working three specific areas of the body: buttocks, abdominals and legs. It is created with the aim of focusing all our efforts on eliminating the fat that by nature tends to accumulate in these areas, and to tone up.

Here are the benefits of GAP for physical conditioning
– Promotes body stability.
– Helps fight cellulite.
– Improves hip balance.
– Strengthening of the abdominal area, buttocks and thighs.
– Correction of back problems.
– Prevention of urinary incontinence problems.

Body Mind

Body Mind

Body balance is an exercise programme that combines yoga, stretching, pilates and tai chi to train in a gentle but effective way, working on strength, endurance and flexibility to relax and balance body and mind.

Power Combat

Power Combat

Punch and kick to reach your fitness goals. Not only is it a great full body workout for cardiovascular fitness, but it’s also excellent for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your coordination.

Full Body

Full Body

As its name suggests, Full Body training means that in each class we work the whole body, so we will activate a large number of muscles. It allows us to train all the muscles in general, which can be used to gain muscle, lose fat, gain strength and improve our body strength.
We can use different material.
It is mainly based on the combination of multi-joint exercises (like the torso/leg routines), leaving the mono-joint accessory exercises as complementary.

Rhythm and Combat

Routines with a Body Mind focus are aimed at improving balance, coordination and posture. These exercises increase strength, flexibility and muscle tone and, at the same time, joint mobility.

Cardio Step

Step is a physical activity that is a variant of aerobics and consists of performing a sequence of exercises on a step, called a step. It is mainly associated with cardiovascular and muscular benefits, although thanks to the ascents and descents performed on the step, it is also credited with improving aerobic endurance, physical strength and body flexibility. In addition to other effects, such as improved coordination, stimulation of memory and concentration.

Body Bands

Body Bands

Body Bands is a full body conditioning class that uses resistance loop bands to sculpt and tone arms, legs, glutes and core. No muscle is left untouched. Movements – including squats and stretches – are performed at different paces.

The mix of cardio and strength is inclusive: it’s about working as much as you can. It really can benefit everyone. It’s not all cardio, and it’s not all weights.

TRX

TRX
